A striking original West German pottery floor-standing vase by Scheurich Keramik, model 293–30 (30cm high). The form is classic mid-century tall, gently waisted, with a flared rim finished in an eye-catching two-tone glaze; a warm ochre lower body topped with a dramatic mottled volcanic “fat lava” style glaze in deep browns and creams.

Factory stamped to the base SCHEURICH-KERAMIK / W. GERMANY / 293–30, making it a great collector’s piece and an easy statement accent for MCM, brutalist, retro and contemporary interiors.
