A wonderfully characterful mid-century Vallauris ceramic jug modelled as a boar’s head, finished in a rich, glossy brown glaze with a dramatic white lava-style foaming band and vivid orange-red snout and ears. A classic piece of French post‑war decorative pottery perfect as a statement shelf object, bar display, or unusual vase (display use recommended).

The base retains a “Céramique de Vallauris Fait Main” label and hand-painted “Vallauris”, tying it to the renowned pottery town in Provence that flourished during the 1950s–70s.
